Terms of Service

Welcome to Cake.ski (the “Service”). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Adults only (18+)

The Service contains sexually explicit, adult-oriented material. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to access it. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that it is lawful for you to view adult content where you are located.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and not impersonate any person or entity.
• Accounts are for individual people, for their own use. You may not create accounts by automated or scripted means, create them in bulk, or register, hold, transfer, buy, sell, or offer for sale accounts or usernames.
• You may not access the Service through bots, scripts, crawlers, or other automated tooling, and you may not use it to bulk-download or otherwise harvest content, except for the crawling we permit in our robots.txt.
• One person may not maintain accounts for the purpose of evading a ban or restriction.

We may remove accounts created in violation of this section without notice, along with any account used to create them, and we may close registration or require additional verification at any time.

3. Deleting your account

You may delete your account at any time from your account page. Deletion is a soft delete: your account is deactivated immediately and your content (uploads, comments, likes, saves, and profile) is scheduled for permanent removal after a 14-day grace period. If you sign in again with your credentials before the grace period ends, your account and content are fully restored. After 14 days the removal is permanent and cannot be undone. Basic account records and moderation logs may be retained as required for safety, legal, and anti-abuse purposes.

4. Content and conduct

You are solely responsible for anything you upload, post, or share. You must not upload or share:

• Any content depicting, or that appears to depict, minors — this is strictly prohibited and reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Content that is illegal, promotes violence or hatred, or that harasses, threatens, or endangers others.
• Spam, malware, or tooling intended to scrape, bulk-download, or automate access to the Service.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without notice.

5. Your rights in your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading it you grant Cake.ski a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This license ends when the content is permanently removed, except for copies retained in backups or as required by law.

6. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, use the in-app report option (reason: “copyright”) or contact us with a description of the work, the location of the material, and your contact information. We will respond to valid notices, including by removing infringing material and terminating repeat infringers.

7. Availability & “as is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cake.ski is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
