Cake.ski respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. The operator of Cake.ski is not the producer of the content found on the Service; its activities are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and formatting of material posted by third party users. Cake.ski responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
If you believe that material available on Cake.ski infringes a copyright you own or control, you may notify us by either method below. Both reach the same team.

If you believe your material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to dmca@cake.ski. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and the location at which it appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your name, address and telephone number together with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.
Cake.ski maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
